This post has a link to details of some of the previous workshops that have been held at the club.
Highlight of the week - an old buffer.
The grass has been growing under the viaduct, presumably as a result of the river now flowing. At the other end of the layout some detail is being added to the wagon works.
Peter had his 40 year old Midland Pullman running around the track. Serious scenics being added to the gorge.
Some preliminary work to replace the existing mimic panels.
More work on the fiddle yard huts.
Richard was the lone modeller working on Purleigh this week.
Dave, the layout manager, had to call back some members of the team to fix some minor issues.
The countryside under the viaduct is now taking shape, some tining of the points and the last dropper has been crimped and connected.
