The orange case has now been printed in six parts and bolted together.

LED indicator lights have been added to the left half of the panel alongside the switches. The two ribbon cables connect the stripboard to the control electronics seen at the top of the unit. Only four wires will be needed to connect to the layout.

The next step is to print the facia – each half will take over seven hours to print.
