Malcolm continued with his task of installing the point motors on test track one – the track that looks reasonably tidy.
In the meantime Allan was working on test track two – a much messier scene.
The wiring on the curved section has changed to include an isolated section which should provide more flexibility in operations.
It had been hoped to install the revised points modules but earlier in the day a problem was identified with the servo mounts, so the relevant bases will have to be 3D printed again for next week.
Using spiral wrap to keep the wiring tidy can be tedious, so short lengths are being used instead.
